Every goal worth achieving DEMANDS regular and consistent efforts!

CONSISTENCY creates powerful habit; regular, patient, consistent action is necessary to acheive good results. Greatness only comes from efforts that are consistent. Daily efforts create habits and habits make it easier to make those daily efforts but it still takes hard work and the determination to follow through every single day no matter what. Even if you don't achieve all your goals and dreams, you will have at least become a great character and a person of value because you did what you planned to do on a daily basis and that, is a goal worth achieving!
Had an awesome day training yesterday! First up trained with training partner and another friend, we smashed our chests!!!!! Then back in the afternoon for 2 hours cardio. Have also managed another yoga session, but not Bikram. This one is call FIR yoga, or Hot Yoga. The studio you go into is bombarded with FRA Infrared Rays (or otherwise known as Happy Rays - and here is the gimmicky funnyside to that; supposed to 'liquidify your fat solubles so you can expel your toxins through sweating..........Yeah right!!!) Doesn't matter, just as long as I get in another yoga session, and this studio is just around the corner from work, so I can go Monday afternoons. So exercise breakdown - 4 weight sessions, 4 x 20min steady cardio, 3 60+min cardio, 1 body balance, 1 Bikram yoga and 1 Hot yoga.
Food very good, as you would expect it to be when you try to eat the same thing everyday at the same time! Consistency. Well the weight drop isn't here today, so not excited.............just same number different day!!!!!!! Bit down about it, but hey thats my body!!!!!
Well better get to work, packing up offices as we are moving just around the corner.
Have a great day and catchya lata!
Ciao!
