A good Day

Bummer! Public holiday in the area my gym is and I missed out on going to the gym today!! Work is so hectic at the moment - June was not a good month and we are currently in back pedal mode, needing complete reconciliation of breakdown. But seriously the simple answer is, rain = cost with no income!!!!

Food good today, all supps taken. I had sore abs yesterday, I think it was from the powerwalk on Saturday.

M1 oats, 4 x egg whites
M2 strawberries & protein shake
M3 100gm chicken, and salad
M4 95gm tuna and broccoli
M5 130gm grilled barramundi and 150gm green beans

Supps : Morning concoction -vital greens, muscle ease, Acetyl L Carnitine, L Tyrosine, Musashi Red. CLA tablets, Lipoeic Acid, Folate.

Now about to jump on treadmill for 45mins.
