Changing the habits of a lifetime. (Paul Mckenna)

"I know there have been many times in the past when you've done your best to eat sensibly, but no matter how hard you tried, you couldn't stick with it. And you probably thought that in some way it was your fault - if only you had more will-power, you wouldn't be overweight. Based on the latest scientifit data, I can address that issue once and for all: Rubbish!
The truth is that it's nearly impossible to break a habit with will-power alone - you have to re-programme your mind. With the right programmes in place, doing the right thing is easy; with the wrong programmes running your mind, it's virtually impossible

........After all, if lasting changes can happen this quickly and this easily, why haven't you been able to do it in the past?????

It all boils down to a simply psychological rule: Your imagination is far more powerful than your will. In fact, it's through the power of your imagination that you actually make all your best decisions about what you are going to eat. When you read the menu in a restaurant, you mentally taste all the food in your mind before you decide what to have. That's why restaurants go to such trouble to describe their food in appetizing terms."

You have to BELEIVE in it. You have to AIM high!
